Mark Phelps is the CTO and co-founder of Kore Innovations Inc. Mr. Phelps provides software development leadership at Kore Innovations based upon his 24 year career in software that began with a BS in Computer Science from Michigan Technical University. After graduating Mr. Phelps spent 10 years at IBM where he developed elements of the MVS mainframe operating system and he supported OS/2 environments and tools. In the years prior to Kore Innovations, Mr. Phelps held several positions where he played key roles in development, project management, and customer integration on large client-server systems for ocean transportation, inventory control, and real estate banking.
