Approach

Kore Innovations' approach to projects is based upon 20 years of experience, but more importantly, 20 years of actively seeking to learn about best practices as well as what is practical. From this experience we know that all projects are different, and the development process must be tailored to fit the needs of the project.

There are two keys to fitting the right process and steps to a project. The first key is to be guided by risk. For instance, we think of performing requirements analysis as minimizing the risk of building the wrong thing. The delivery of a requirements specification, should be focused on minimizing that risk, and it may be divided into stages as guided by other project risks that need to be addressed.

The second key to our approach is to have a broad range of tools and techniques at our disposal so that each step of a project can be tackled efficiently. For instance, the ability to quickly develop a prototype is a very powerful way to discover unidentified requirements, to refine the system's design, and to gain buy-in from stakeholders and the user community.

The Kore Environment™ has been developed based upon our deep understanding of what a software project needs. It provides a rapid prototyping capability, as well as framework for managing different environments for development, testing, and production. Most of all, it makes development easy and fast by having a straightforward paradigm for developers to work with, and providing a wide array of built-in features to save time.
